Manufacturing Manager - Allied Resources Technical Consultants : Job Details

Allied Resources is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and guide efforts in productivity, cost management, equipment reliability, and employee staffing and development. This direct position provides a salary up to $185k, strong EOY bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other Leadership Team members to develop the production execution strategy and assist plant management in establishing the overall site strategy.
• Oversee Operations teams to ensure safety and environmental goals are met, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures, including MOC, PPE adherence, and incident investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Implementation team to ensure maintenance and reliability requirements are met while staying within budget limits.
• Decrease business risk by ensuring effective countermeasures are implemented to address single-point equipment vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems preferred.
