Manufacturing Operations Co-Op - Spring 2025 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. The Role: Our site in Chaska is seeking a/an Manufacturing Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. With our current operations org structure there is a gap that resides in between production, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement. Through an industrial engineering and data-driven lens, this role will be all about digging into our processes and driving productivity, improved quality, scrap reduction, and many other deliverables. What You'll Do: Participate in day-to-day operations (i.e.. tier boards, escalations) Manage projects Work cross-functionally Develop and implement process improvements Analyze data Directly impact KPIs What We Seek: Manufacturing environment experience in operations, engineering, or quality Excel proficiency Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Experience in: SAP or other MRP software Lean CAD/Solidworks or other modeling software Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Industrial engineering Manufacturing operations Process engineering Mechanical engineering2025/2026 graduation What We Offer At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
