Manufacturing Operations Manager - StaffBright : Job Details

Currently, StaffBright has a stellar opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Manager with a reputable client of ours located in Detroit, MI. Ideal candidates will come from a textile, chemical, and/or resin manufacturing background.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, from raw materials to product delivery.
• Ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational excellence through a hands-on approach

What We'll Need From You:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or relevant field
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisor/leadership experience
• Experience with resins, chemicals, and/or textiles
