Manufacturing Operator Entry-US - Kennametal : Job Details

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. Sets up and operate in an efficient timely manner to produce Quality parts to meet customer specifications. Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment. Inspects and measures machined parts to specifications using CMM(Coordinate measuring machine) or Keyence(IM-8000 Series) Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, and processing. Move all materials, either physically or mechanically, necessary to complete assignments Tracks scrap quantities and enters in production MII or SAP. Assist with 8 D or 5 why Root cause analysis for Quality upsets. Operate two or more CNC machines simultaneously and perform in process AQL. Set up and operates Rush Wheel dresser as needed.
