Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Job Location: Bothell, WA 98021

Job Duration: 9 months+ (Temp to perm, depending on performance and business needs)

Shift hours: Mon - Fri 5:30 am – 2 pm

Pay range: $ 20.90/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:

· Duties are performed in a production environment where some duties require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

· Requires regular sitting, handling, fingering and feeling and occasional walking and standing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision.

· Requires eye-hand coordination.

· Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: (a) can get along with co-workers, peers and upper management without exhibiting behavioral extremes; (b) respond appropriately to coaching from trainers, QA, and supervisors; (c) Must be energetic and have a positive attitude.

· Assist in other operational areas as needed including assembly, or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 1 years of directly applicable experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.

· Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools and wire cutters.

· Assemble, align and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical & electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics or samples. Also, clean & prepare parts for assembly.

· Ability to grasp, hold and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long duration.

· Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
