Manufacturing Packaging Technician - Healthmark Industries : Job Details

Healthmark, A Getinge company was founded in 1969 and employs over 300 people and is a growing company. The manufacturing Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods. They will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have a close attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet the required standards. They will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that all targets are met.Shift: Full Time, 7:30am - 4:00pmWHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Follow all applicable procedures, work instructions, and policies.
• Cleaning workstations.
• Bead Vial filling.
• Dispensing Protein Free Tests.
• Packaging Protein Free Tests.
• Proper Labeling Handling.
• Vial Preparation.(Filling with water, emptying, drying)
• Activator Preparation.
• Activator Capping.
• HC-Swab Manufacturing.
• Proper paperwork handling.
• All other duties as deemed necessary.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Skill and proficiency in using personal computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications and spectrophotometer software.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic Math skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience with lab equipment.(scale, glassware, magnetic stirrer)
• Employee must be able to perform all tasks listed.
• Tasks must be completed in an efficient and time sensitive manner.
• Equipment used: Computer, Label Printer, Copier, Crimping robot, Water Robot, Torque Gun, Honey extractor, Bead sieve shaker, Cap Trays, Vial Trays, Bins.
