As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits. The following roles are available: Job Titles Years of Experience Pay Rates DOE Assembler 0-6 $18-25 Manufacturing Tech 4-10 $20-28 Engineering Tech 2-10 $22-30 Material Coordinator 0-4 $18-22 Material Handler 0-8 $19-24 In these roles, the physical requirements are demanding:

• Standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Working in tight spaces
• Bending, squatting, twisting, and kneeling
• Reaching and climbing stairs or ladders
• Lifting a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Pushing/Pulling

Requirements:

• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Ability to work in an environment with noise.
