• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and setup time while reducing scrap.
• Lead product trials, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support operators as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to monitor process inputs and implement controls to reduce variability.
• Manage product lifecycles, update BOMs, and coordinate production releases.
• Support QA, material qualification, and case resolution efforts.
