Position Overview:As the Manufacturing Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of production staff, manage resources, and implement strategies to improve productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering, to streamline operations.
• Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for senior management on performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production needs.
• Develop and manage budgets for the production department.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MRP/production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
