***IMMEDIATE CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY*****Looking for Career with a leading plastics manufacturer that provides an excellent work environment and company culture in Zebulon, NC?2nd Shift- Train on 1st ShiftWeekly PayPay Range: $17-$18/hrDoes this sound like you?We are seeking an EXPERIENCED QUALITY INSPECTOR that knows how to:Provide accurate documentation using ISO standardsInterpret and understand 3D diagramsPerform PpasLearn and use very difficult measuring piece of equipment called a FARO machineThis person is able to work in a NON-CLIMATE Controlled environment and has a strong attention to detail, organized, and communicates well .Benefits of working here: Excellent training and tenured team Opportunity to be hired directly Excellent work culture and growing comply with room for advancement HealthCare benefits offeredGeneral Summary:You will use various inspection tools, ensure that products made by manufacturing employees meet the company and customer standards before being shipped to the customer.What will I Be Doing?:Audit the production process to ensure products meet standards and have no defectsSample, sort, test, weigh, measure manufactured components to ensure no defects in productsHelp supervisors and leads to decide to run or reject a part or make necessary changes to ensure meeting the part specificationsNotify shift supervisor when defects or other problems are foundAssist with training employees on running jobs and ensuring that parts are meeting the part specificationsComplete and record daily audit findings from production samplesSKILLS Needed:- Basic skills in reading, writing and arithmetic are necessary- Ability to follow detailed work instructions- Good manual dexterity is necessary- Basic computer understanding- Knowledge of machinery- Understanding of the different types of mechanical testing equipment- Good communication skills- Reliable transportation- Clean background
