Ideal Candidate

* Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher

* Available to begin co-op rotation in Spring 2025 or Summer 2025)

* Desire to work in an industrial environment

* Self-motivated and eager to learn

* Problem-solving skills

* Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

Potential Projects

* Collaborate with the safety team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance. Participate in the development and implementation of safety training programs for manufacturing personnel and automation of training & testing records.
