Pay: Starting at $55,000/year + commission!

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working with boilers and/or ASME-compliant heat transfer equipment.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Estimate product costs using established templates, create detailed proposals, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage projects from the point of sale to shipment, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
• Develop project-specific “recommended spare parts” lists and provide these to customers proactively.
• Sell spare parts to both new and existing customers to support their ongoing needs.
• Partner with the service department to coordinate on-site service and installation of engineered products and solutions.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and internal departments to coordinate procurement, manage manufacturing schedules, and ensure on-time shipping and delivery of parts.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of ASME and welding practices (required).
• Computer literate (Microsoft and Office Suite of products).
• Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
