This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a background in manufacturing and a passion for engineering. As a key player in our production process, your ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks will be crucial to our success.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule that aligns with project deadlines and company objectives. Collaborate closely with the engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless flow of production activities. Identify potential scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to mitigate any potential delays or disruptions. Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to the schedule to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances. Provide regular updates and reports on production status to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Assist in the development and implementation of production policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering industry. Demonstrated knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles. Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer applications related to production management. Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve production issues promptly and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
