**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business unit in Jamestown, NY.
**Job Summary:**
Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience:**
Supervisory experience preferred.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Intermediate level (3 to 5 years) of supervisory experience required.
+ Previous Management experience in a Manufacturing setting, preferred.
+ Develop and coach support team (ATL/Safety/Quality support) to lead line team.
Drive results (KPIs)- Ensuring the team meets daily Production Goals/Quality Metrics/Safety Standards.
Ensure teamwork within a large production team (60+ Operators). Strong drive to motivate and foster open and honest communication within the team.
+ Willingness to work hands-on with the team and lead by example.
