About: A leading defense company is seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Engineer to join their team as a Manufacturing Supervisor. In this role, you lead a team of experienced manufacturing professionals and drive continuous improvement within their state-of-the-art facility.

The Manufacturing Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate manufacturing records and statistics
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate shipping requirements
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel
• Oversee facility machinery inspections
• Enforce safety measures to ensure processes are completed safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with department leaders
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

The Manufacturing Supervisor will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally within aerospace or semiconductor industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Six Sigma and LEAN manufacturing certifications are a plus
