Here, you will make an impact by:Leading an hourly manufacturing team of 40 operators on a rotating or fixed 3 and 4 crew shift schedules while managing plant manufacturing processes / closely monitoring KPIs. Driving plant safety with EHS and operator team to identify and problem solve escalated opportunities with focus on PSM covered processes. Championing Lean Manufacturing through continuous improvement project identification and execution. Engaging with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure orders are produced according to product standards and on time for customer Willingness to be on-call.
