As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our manufacturing and assembly teams. You will be responsible for planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending enhancements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. We seek a dynamic candidate who will ensure safe and efficient production of high-quality products. This role involves troubleshooting issues, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating a team to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Onsite in Laurel, MS
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, either 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., totaling 45 hours per week.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a production environment
• Preferred experience in metal fabrication

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience in a production environment
• Background in quality management is a plus
