Description: Manufacturing Support Team Member SrLocation: Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Production Operations Specialist at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, SC, you will play a critical role in supporting the production and assembly of the F-16 Block 70 aircraft. This position, primarily for the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday), will focus on overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards, and providing on-the-job training to technicians. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing deficiencies in processes, conducting skill assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
