Manufacturing Team Leader - Cedar Rapids Plant - General Mills : Job Details

The Manufacturing Team Leader will lead, motivate, and develop team members their respective department. This position will own safety, quality, and performance on shift to help deliver business needs. This position will be on the off shift (2nd, 3rd) or Day shift weekend (5 a-5 p) in Cereal.
