You'll be:• Operating hand and power tools to assemble electrical and mechanical assemblies/sub-assemblies• Following mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, plumbing diagrams, SOPs, and work instructions to build and integrate capital equipment• Troubleshooting problems and making necessary adjustments to equipment setups• Conducting functional testing and in-process visual inspection of parts, sub-assemblies, and instruments• Maintaining records of production and reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues• Adhering to Quality Management System and ISO9001 requirements• Adhering to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and other environmental, health, and safety regulations• Supporting various engineering development and lab maintenance activities• Participating in daily team stand-up meetings and improvement events• Mentoring new or less-experienced technicians• Performing other related duties as assignedThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a technical discipline preferred)• Have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with capital equipment manufacturing experience• Have prior experience working with semiconductor equipment (highly preferred)• Have expertise in the use of hand and power tools• Can read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer systems and platforms• Can work effectively both independently and as a member of a team• Are fluent in English, both written and verbal• Have good manual dexterity and the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted9486610
