About the Role: We are looking for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician to join our FMI Team who will help to ensure that we are meeting our operations objectives and business needs. Standard hours are 3:00pm - 11:30pm Mondaythru Friday. This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland. Pay and Benefits:
- $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
- This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

- Perform data collection & data entry
- Utilize quality systems, work instructions, and SOPs to consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements, both internal & external
- Identify and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts including cross training
- Follow and advocate safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment Required Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn more advanced computer applications (i.e., MRP and MES) as well as good documentation and record keeping skills
- Must be self-directed, motivated, and willing to adapt to changing business needs, with a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and alternate between shifts as needed
- Attentiveness to detail and organization
- Willingness to identify issues and find resolutions
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Perform quality checks & QA functions
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MES Systems/LIMS/Quality Control Systems This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information.
