Job DescriptionWe are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our Instrument Manufacturing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for building, testing, and troubleshooting our instruments.
Responsibilities:- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and parts, identifying and reporting potential problems.
- Foster a CI mindset driving process optimization and innovative ideas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues independently.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation (including ECOs).
- Assemble and/or finish components according to procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
Qualifications- Two-year degree in electrical, mechanical, specialized training/certification, or equivalent education preferred.
- Typically 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience for entry to this level.
- Experience with quality control procedures (Preferred ISO9001 or similar).
- SAP, AGILE, ERP knowledge.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical principles.
- Perform document change orders and draft new SOPs.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
