• Drive selection, operation, and integration of digital manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the MFG Engineering Team.
• Lead the Digital Manufacturing (MFG) team and engage in project management.
• Oversee development and deployment of digital manufacturing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+years of experience in manufacturing preferably consumer goods.
• Proven success in implementing digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient project management and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
