Manufacturing Training Specialist - NVR : Job Details

The Manufacturing Training Specialist will be responsible to develop, update, and maintain business process and training documentation for Manufacturing technology solutions. This position will work with Manufacturing leaders and experts, IT, and plant implementation teams to develop standard Manufacturing process documents for new system solutions. The Manufacturing Training Specialist will analyze, test, and ensure that all processes are covered from end to end and applies to all Manufacturing plants. This position will be responsible for creating and delivering training content to multiple levels of the organization and will provide ongoing updates to content for future enhancements. This role is located in our Thurmont, MD plant. The initial focus of this role will be the conversion to a Microsoft D 365 MRP system for all Manufacturing plants. Primary Responsibilities.
