Ensure the achievement of the unit's safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement goals through adequate planning, organization, coordination, and control of its human and technical resources and materials. Primary Responsibilities: Create a work environment where each employee is respected, feels welcome and safe, and is empowered to do their best. Responsible for all parts being built to the manufacturing plan and customer specifications. Ensure that employees and team leaders are properly trained and empowered to execute the job requirements.
