We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You'll play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace while adhering to safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:AssistantAssist Operator as required and instructedPrepare bottom sheets or get pallets readyStack boxes based on the Specifications contained in the MasterFill out Load TagsBand/Strap BoxesAssist in feeding machinePush boxes on the lineMove carts or palletsAssist in Machine Set upGather and move materialClean, sweep, vacuum areaClean MachineLearn by doingAsk questions of OperatorsAct as Operator under the Supervision of the OperatorAssist in shutting down equipmentReturn pallets, neatly stack in pallet storage areaThrow away ink bucketsOperatorEnsure that the machine is operated in a safe fashion at all times, shut down the machine immediately if necessarySchedule orders to maximize efficiencyEnter order and run information into the machine properlySet Up MachineCalibrate and adjust Machine as necessaryMake sure print and labels are on the box correctlyMatch color with swatchEnsure that boxes are stacked correctly (bottom sheets, pattern, number per pallet, load trays, samples if applicable)HelperKnow how to read Plant MastersCall for paperCheck to see that paper is the correct size, material, color, flute, measure scores, etc.Locate Order if necessaryTransport Order to the machineCheck Order #Cut strapsDiscard top sheetsPick the scraps hanging from the boxesStack the boxes so that they are easier to feedTurn boxes in the right directionFeed Boxes into the machineEnsure that the Boxes are feeding correctly; notify the Operator if they are turning, feeding wrong, etc.Assist the stacker if finished with feedingWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Able to read a a tape measureAble to stand for a long period of timeAble to communicate well with othersAble to follow instructionsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Able to read a a tape measureAble to stand for a long period of timeAble to communicate well with othersAble to follow instructionsAre you a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
