It is my job to give motivated, intelligent, and competitive full time college students and college graduates an opportunity to attend a Marine Corps leadership training course. For college graduates, the training is 10-weeks and occurs every May, September, and January WITHOUT incurring any service obligation. If you are in college, it is either 6 or 10 weeks and takes place over the summer WITHOUT affecting your college degree program.

Our program works similar to a paid internship.

  • Submit an application during the year prior to/post-graduation.
  • Attend training in May, September, or January and get paid with zero follow on obligation.
  • Get offered a commission as an officer in the Marine Corps upon completion of training. If you choose to accept, you will continue follow on training.

Too good to be true? Yes, but it IS true! We use this program as a 2-way interview process. Qualified graduates get to experience Marine Corps leadership training and the Marine Corps gets to evaluate graduates on their leadership potential.

  • Pay is ~$6,000 for ten weeks of training.
  • Entry level pay as a newly minted commissioned officer ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 pending on locality pay, with scheduled promotions and annual raises that beat inflation.
  • Access to $0 down home loans, fully funded master's programs, completely free healthcare for you and your spouse and children, pension after retirement.

  • Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Administration
  • Cyber Operations
  • Combat Arms (Infantry, Artillery, Assault Vehicles, Engineers, etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Upstanding, competitive & physically fit individuals between 18 and 42 years of age.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Currently enrolled full time (12 credits or more), or have graduated from an accredited, four-year college or university. Students in two-year colleges can sign a letter of intent to later transfer to a four-year university.

- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher

- Must meet Marine Corps Height/Weight Standards

- Must be Physically and Medically qualified to join the Marine Corps

- Must be mentally qualified (e.g. meet at least one of the following)

Must meet 1 of the below qualifications:

  • SAT Score of 1000 or higher (Math & Critical Reading); or Composite ACT Score of 22 or higher; or an AFQT Score of 74 or higher on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB).

Note: The ASVAB is taken by applicants lacking the required ACT/SAT Score. An ASVAB test can be scheduled upon beginning the application process.

  • Reserve options are available for those individuals who wish to earn the title Marine Officer, and serve in a limited capacity in their home state while still challenging themselves through the training pipeline which is the same for all candidates.
