Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Market Executive of Clinical Quality creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Home Health Clinic Operations Strategy Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Market Executive of Clinical Quality collaborates concurrently with real estate, construction, training, human resources, clinical staff and finance. Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current Nurse Licensure within the State
  • 8 or more years of technical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
  • Microsoft Office proficiency — able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management or Six Sigma certification

  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
