Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve team and individual goals

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of staffing industry experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role within the staffing industry
• Proven track record in team management and business development
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and staffing industry technologies
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of the local employment landscape and industry trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
