SUMMARY OF JOB:Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships through cross-selling appropriate banking products and services. Manage portfolio ensuring proper risk is assessed and in compliance with appropriate regulations, laws, and bank policies. Cultivate external relationships with centers of influence and business owners in the local community. Responsible for developing and managing a loan portfolio of new and existing consumer and commercial clients, in addition to developing fee-based income relationships consistent with the Bank's strategic goals and objectives.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Formulate, supervise, and implement the annual the annual Relationship Banker business plans for the team consistent with the goals and objectives of the bank.Provide leadership, direction, and guidance of the Relationship Banker sales activity.Ensure ongoing evaluation related to the goals and objectives of the Relationship Banking team.Provide leadership support in the management of complex loan portfolios.Represent the company in community/economic development activities and initiatives.Ensure company visibility in all aspects of the community.Meet/exceed sales and referral goals for branch targets.Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.Embody, embrace, and demonstrate InBank's Core Values: Commitment, Innovation, Responsibility, Teamwork, Happiness, and Authenticity.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsJOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work ExperienceWork Experience: 7+ years of experience in a financial institution, at least 5 years of experience in lendingSupervisory Experience: 3+ years supervisory experienceLicenses/Accreditations: NMLSComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM PlatformOther Requirements: Problem solver with the ability to objectively review a challenge and suggest multiple alternatives. Must demonstrate sales and business development skills. Detail-oriented; decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and regulations required. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.Preferred Skills/Experience: Lending and sales experience. Ability to cross-sell and/or refer bank products based on customers' needs. - Targeted hiring range based on experience: $145,000 - $200,000 yearly. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
- Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company Discretion.
