Market Research Analyst

SYSTEMTEC is hiring! Now hiring for a Market Research Analyst for a hybrid position based out of Columbia, South Carolina for a 6-month contract with possible extensions. This roles primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of complex surveys including research, client consultations, project management, survey programming/creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities of the Market Research Analyst:

  • Primary brand admin and lead in supporting Qualtrics users and maintaining enterprise survey projects.
  • Responsible for programming and deploying new survey projects. Analyzing respondent feedback.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in various delivery channels like Tableau and Qualtrics. Collects/analyze market information and trends and presents findings to leadership.
  • Programs and tests surveys in Qualtrics with advanced logic, embedded data, workflows, and other multifaceted requirements.
  • Explores and implements creative solutions to meet project needs, such as custom coding (e.g., javascript, CSS) or integrations with other data systems (e.g., Hubspot, Tableau).
  • Manages contact data in the Qualtrics directory and creates customized dashboards for various stakeholders.

Required Experience of the Market Research Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
  • Three years in market research and/or data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and market research methods.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools and techniques required.
  • Experience developing surveys and analyzing consumer feedback with knowledge of survey tools Qualtrics required.
  • Experience as Qualtrics brand admin preferred.
  • Demonstrate above average skills in Excel required.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau dashboard development preferred.
  • Tableau server admin experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to present to large groups including executives.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in SQL Server databases and SQL scripting to update databases preferred. Strong organizational skills
