About You
You're entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and have a track record of meeting personal sales goals. A true “hunter” with closing skills, you'll bring a positive attitude, persistence, and a passion for helping others, especially seniors. Prior experience in Assisted Living sales or marketing is preferred.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop and execute the sales & marketing strategy.
- Meet or exceed sales activity standards, including calls, appointments, and other key metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships; assess client needs and align them with our services.
- Track all sales activity in CRM within 24 hours, including lead updates, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Host events to boost community engagement and drive traffic.
- Analyze sales reports and keep current on market trends and competition.
- Available for some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Assisted Living industry (Memory Care experience a plus).
- Proven closing abilities and an ability to communicate solutions effectively.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Enthusiasm for working with seniors and achieving goals.
