Summary of Position:
The Marketing Account Manager position is responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer base, our sales and marketing teams and being able to link everyone to our business unit. They represent the company and act in the best interest of the company by ensuring that the business goals and demands are being met. They are the customer's advocate and support for all day-to-day activities and requests that occur. Effectively support, communicate and flow down all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner resulting in customer satisfaction.
