Product and Content Marketing Manager AquaPhoenix Scientific, headquartered in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for creative and experienced Product and Content Marketing Manager. As an essential member of the marketing team, the Product and Content Manager is tasked to oversee and execute our company's content strategies related to products and services and brand presence. The ideal candidate will drive communications channels that engage and attract customers across a wide-range of industries. Remote opportunities may be available for the right candidate; however, the position will require travel as necessary to our home office in Hanover, PA. This role is pivotal in driving content strategy, shaping product messaging, and supporting go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and data-driven marketer who can effectively communicate the value of our products to target audiences while aligning with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to have a career with a fast-growing company. The Product and Content Marketing Manager is a full-time, exempt position with full benefits. The role currently has no direct reports; however, works collaboratively across multiple layers of the organization. AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Product and Content Marketing Manager position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three or more years' proven work experience in product marketing, brand-imaging, and content creation; and at minimum a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field of study. Other key areas of responsibility include: Content Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies. Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft clear and compelling product messages that resonate with target users. Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and manage a range of content types—web pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and more—to support product marketing initiatives. Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Collaborate on GTM strategies, ensuring content is aligned with product launches and market trends. Audience and Persona Insights: Conduct research to understand user personas and customer pain points, using insights to shape content and product messaging. Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and product briefs that equip the sales team with effective tools for customer engagement. Content Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics. Content SEO and Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into content to improve organic reach and visibility. Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Additional Skills and Qualifiications desired include but are not limited to: Knowledge of the Water Management/Water Treatment industry is a PLUS. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in science disciplines related to Water Treatment, with experience in Marketing. 5+ years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, product marketing, or related roles. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) for tracking content performance. Experience with social media content strategy. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally. Familiarity with industry and competitive analysis techniques. Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and project management platforms.
