This position is responsible for creating all marketing materials and communications through a consistent voice and vision that directly aligns with CareFirstNY's vision, mission, and values.Duties:Marketing/Communications:Design educational and marketing materials, brochures, templates and promotional items which promote agency goals and growthDesign graphics and written language representing the brand and services of CareFirstNYEnsures the maintenance of brand integrity in collateral design, conveying a consistent voice and vision for CareFirstNYCo-develop strategies for effective production and implementation of marketing and advertising efforts that enhance engagement and exposure of CareFirstNY's mission and servicesManage and update CareFirstNY website, social media networks, and digital marketingInitiate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders; including but not limited to, gathering testimonials with the support of the Clinical Management TeamOther duties as assignedCommunity Outreach and Engagement:Engage with community stakeholders and represent CareFirstNY at community groups, events, boards, and other appropriate networking opportunitiesIdentify and coordinate with key stakeholders to represent the organization within the community and deepen presence with local partnersAssist Director of Community Impact with planning, organization and implementation of internal and external eventsMay provide support to Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator as appropriateQualifications:Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or media with proficiency in InDesign, other graphic design programs, and web management. Bachelor Degree in related field preferred. High level of expertise with computers and Microsoft Office.
