Job Description:
Primary Function: Develops and implements an integrated marketing and communications strategy specific to the Office of Admissions to support the University's strategic enrollment goals; manages the production of UNI admissions print, email, and social media marketing and communications; ensures marketing and communications efforts reflect the overall recruiting messages while aligning with the University parent brand; collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to facilitate achievement of the University strategic enrollment goals; and supports freshmen, transfer, and international recruitment teams in the promotion and management of on and off-campus visit days and recruitment events.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field plus at least five years of combined experience managing email/web/print publication production, developing communication strategies, and/or managing and executing communication plans required. Experience with admissions/student recruitment marketing and CRM experience preferred.
