Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets, and inspiring them to exceed expectations. Your leadership will drive the growth of our assisted and independent living services.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. You'll be the driving force behind identifying new opportunities and ensuring the continued success of our community.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with potential residents and their families. Your empathetic approach and genuine interest in their well-being will set the tone for an exceptional living experience.
Performance Metrics: Utilize your analytical skills to track and measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to customer acquisition and retention.
