Dana-co is the leading design company of luxury women's intimate apparel brands, Natori and Skarlett Blue. We have become renowned in the industry for our superior fit, high-quality fabrics and construction, and innovative design concepts. Dana-co has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with strong multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills. This role will support the marketing team across various areas including brand, social media, influencer partnerships, content creation, and PR. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of all marketing initiatives across various departments, including US and International
  • Collaborate with external PR agency on gifting requests, event coordination, and ad hoc projects
  • Track press and social media features to create monthly recaps
  • Coordinate paid influencer partnerships including sourcing new influencers, negotiating rates, and acting as the main point of contact to align content with the brand direction
  • Assist with planning and coordination of all photoshoot details including model castings, studio outreach, and prop sourcing
  • Manage social media community by tracking growth and performance and engaging with follower comments and messages
  • Assist in planning weekly social media posts and conducting trend research
  • Provide administrative support where needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related fields
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the fashion/retail marketing space, ideally with a lingerie focus
  • Familiarity with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Strong copywriting ability
  • Proactive communication skills and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with social media planning tools such as Planoly is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Suite Including Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
