Marketing Assistant - RK&K : Job Details

At RK&K we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the Marketing Team for all disciplines, as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in proposal management and business development.

Essential Functions

• Complete proposal forms, coordinate signature/notary as needed
• Assist with maintaining resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions and photographs
• Editing proposals and presentations/processing markups from technical reviews
• Formatting documents and presentations
• Searching for relevant RFP's circulating to correct decision makers
• Assembling basic marketing packages, small proposals and/or other collateral information

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Introductory understanding with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
