Our team is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join a local non-profit!Monday to Friday - Hours varyHybrid with TravelResponsibilities:Manage and deploy digital content across social media platforms, responding to messages and coordinating newsletters, campaigns, and events.(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)Develop and support branded digital and print materials aligned with organizational guidelines.Create engaging content, calls to action, and coordinate press releases or media outreach.Demonstrated success in marketing, communications, and customer service.Build positive relationships with diverse participants, volunteers, and team members.Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience tailoring messages for varied audiences.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor s degree preferredNon-profit experience preferred1-2 years of experience with volunteer recruitment and engagementCurrent driver s license, and clean driving record requiredAuthorization to legally work in the USMultilingual proficiency is a plus.
