POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Summer Marketing Associate will play a key support role within our dynamic Marketing team, contributing to various marketing activities and projects. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, social media management, customer engagement, and promotional activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In-Market Activation

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events and promotions.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for market activation activities.

Social Media Content & Posting

  • Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics.

Social Media & Website Customer Response Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and the company website.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and engagement online.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer outreach and PR mailers.
  • Handle logistics for sweepstakes winner prize packs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing marketing materials, mailings, tastings, maintaining databases, and scheduling meetings.

Support with Brief-Writing, Managing Timelines, and Details for New Products

  • Assist in drafting marketing briefs and managing project timelines.
  • Ensure details for new product launches are organized and on track.

E-Commerce Retail Support

  • Provide support for e-commerce initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility will be key to adapting to business needs.
  • Availability for meetings from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
  • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends

HOURS:

  • 40 hours per week, with possible flexibility for in-office and remote work

REPORTS TO: Senior. Brand Director

FLSA: Seasonal, Non Exempt

JOB GRADE: Pin

COMPENSATION: $15 - $17 per hour, based on experience.
