ABOUT THE JOB:

As the Demand Gen Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will support the planning and coordinating of digital marketing demand generation campaigns across a variety of digital marketing channels. You will coordinate the efforts of various internal and external agency partners to deliver campaigns that drive leads into our selling organization.

Your primary objective is to ensure our digital demand generation marketing campaigns are set-up, executed, and meet pre-determined campaign objectives. The qualified candidate will have experience in managing the creative development process, executing through multiple marketing automation platforms, and monitoring and reporting the campaign performance.

WillScot primarily utilizes Salesforce, and more specifically, Marketing Cloud as our primary email marketing automation platform. Your experience in deploying campaigns through marketing automation platforms is essential for success in this position at WillScot. We prefer specific experience in deploying email programs through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a key part of the overall Digital Demand Generation team at WillScot. This team has direct responsibilities for ABM, Email Marketing and Paid Search. This team works closely with the broader Digital Marketing team to ensure maximum lead creation across all channels including Digital Advertising, Social, Events, and Organic Search.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns to achieve sales goals

* Maintain the overall Demand Gen calendar along with other members of the team

* Partner with other key marketing automation platform specialists (e.g., Marketing Cloud for Email, Demandbase for ABM, etc.) to orchestrate multi-channel initiatives across the entire customer buying cycle.

* Partner with other critical marketing team members (product marketing, creative team) and other key stakeholders in product management, strategy, and commercial organization to own the strategy, tactical development, execution, and measurement reporting for the respective campaigns

* Document and share Demand Gen best practices as well as establish 1st party and 3rd party benchmarks for future campaigns

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Creating integrated demand generation digital marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.

* Hands-on management, execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns.

* Building demand generation campaigns with a focus on B2B

* Deploying email, paid search, and Account Based Marketing

* Strong data and analytical mindset with the ability to tell stories through data

* Understanding of marketing automation platforms with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

* 3+ years of related work experience

* College degree in Marketing or related fields preferred

* Ability to work in office in Phoenix, AZ
