Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager will create and execute all marketing communications strategies for all GDM brands in the North America territory.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing communication plans that contribute to achieving the commercial objectives for the organization.
- Work in partnership with brand managers and sales teams to design and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans for key product segments and cross-business strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain detailed customer profiles for each brand by identifying key target segments, such as farmers, distributors and agri-retailers. Conduct market research and continuously refine customer personas based on the need, behavior and feedback.
- Design, execute and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Serve as a critical partner for product marketing team, developing a deep understanding of portfolio and product objectives, brand value propositions and target customers.
- Ensure cohesiveness between overlapping brands.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or related field.
- A minimum of five years of marketing communications experience with demonstrated expertise in creating, positioning and launching brands in close collaboration with stakeholders.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
