Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in content creation and coordination across various platforms (social, digital, print), with opportunities to grow into more advanced writing and editing roles
• Assist with marcom program management, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating project timelines
• Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations using basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Manage communication flow between internal teams and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met
• Handle light event coordination and logistics support for client-facing and internal functions
• Write, edit, and manage content creation across various platforms (social, digital, print)
• Oversee media relations, ensuring accurate and timely communication with press and key stakeholders

About You:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills with experience in content creation across multiple channels
• Comfortable with customer-facing interactions and maintaining professional relationships
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a natural inclination toward perfectionism
• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of tasks
• Curiosity-driven, always eager to get in there and find solutions
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
