Description
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media posts, emails, and video.
- Assist in developing and executing content marketing strategies to support brand awareness and customer engagement goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of content marketing projects, from concept development to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project workflows and facilitate communication between team members to keep projects on track.
- Curate content copy for email newsletters alongside our writing agency.
- Support online presence by managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Maintain social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with overall content strategy.
- Serve as an ambassador for the SBH brand.
- Provide monthly reports on social media and digital email campaigns to analyze trends and customer insights.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and tactics to leadership and adjust tactics as needed to achieve annual business line objectives.
- Manage the relationship with external vendors and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic marketing with demonstrated ability to develop messaging, execute promotional campaigns, and strategy development.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, and/or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Experienced in social media management across various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time and work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple levels of the organization.
- Must have attention to detail, commitment to quality, and be results-driven.
