POSITION DESCRIPTION

RecruitMilitary is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be at the heart of our B2C communications and digital conversion efforts, making a direct contribution to the value our B2B audience receives from our products and services.

An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about serving our military community through data-driven marketing. You have experience with email marketing automation platforms and Salesforce. You also have a passion for establishing processes that scale, ensuring best practices across campaigns. You are creative with resources and energized by the challenge of adapting modern technology solutions to our unique and diverse business model.

You will be creating, monitoring and reporting on the marketing campaigns and working hand-in-hand with our entire Marketing Team to ensure B2C job seeker communication and aggregation efforts are streamlined, effective and efficient.

Responsibilities You Will Own:

--Build, launch, and keep a pulse on all B2C facing and military email campaigns, making constant improvements when evaluating the results.

--Conduct and track A/B testing for subject lines, frequency, calls to action, and other email content. Use learnings to continuously improve results.

--Understand the nature of email design and delivery and communicate this to non-technical stakeholders.

--Possess excellent written and oral interpersonal skills with a deliberate flair for communicating with active duty military or veterans and their spouses.

--Monitor marketing platforms and suggest enhancements that will improve the performance and reliable deliverability.

You Possess:

--Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.

--Strong business acumen and 1-3 years working on a marketing team with a focus on email marketing.

--You understand CRM best practices and have a solid footing in quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).

--Strong understanding of deliverability and CAN-SPAM requirements.

--Military experience or a strong connection to the veteran/military community HIGHLY preferred; this role will require communicating with this very specialized community and will be a key element to successfully engaging with our B2C audience.
