Position OverviewAs the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be our key point person for marketing, particularly excelling in project management. This role within our Client Growth (Marketing) team is vital for boosting our presence in the physician recruiting market and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities encompass various tasks, including organizing client conferences, executing social media and content creation, website design and CRM management, and engaging with clients. You'll report to our Marketing Manager and work from our headquarters at the Toyota Music Factory with a flexible hybrid schedule.ResponsibilitiesConference Strategyâ ¢ Manages logistics for conferences where we showcase our services to clientsâ ¢ Coordinates conference promotional material sourcing, ordering, and organizationâ ¢ Assists with conference registrations and manages all receipts relating to conference activitiesâ ¢ Establishes and maintains relationships with other Curative event members and communicates with onsite staff to ensure everything is properly set and organized for client conferencesSocial Media & Content Curationâ ¢ Develop high-quality written content and media to support marketing initiativesâ ¢ Curate graphic designs to further support social media initiativesâ ¢ Direct professional video and photoshoots to support marketing initiativesâ ¢ Collaborate across teams to create a client-focused monthly e-newsletterWebsite Design & CRM Managementâ ¢ Assist in the development of the overall website strategy, content, and end-to-end user experienceâ ¢ Assist in the synchronization between our database and CRM systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing effortsOther Client Engagement Tasksâ ¢ Coordinate with teams and oversee the submission of award applicationsâ ¢ Proactively improve reputation through requesting client feedback and online reviewsâ ¢ Monitor and report on key performance metrics across channels and projectsâ ¢ Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustmentsRequirements2-3 years of experience in a marketing roleDemonstrates strong organizational/project management skillsPreferred working experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)Preferred experience in video creation/editingPreferred experience in HubSpot or interest in learning HubSpotAbility to work in a rapid, fast-paced environmentConstant desire to learn and grow your skillsRelationally adept and values collaboration and feedbackExcellent time management and multi-tasking skillsPosition requires the ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly, also able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and reach to set up marketing itemsAbout the CompanyCurative Connects Communities with Caregivers.
