Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator for an emerging whiskey brand, Edmond's Honor. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting marketing programs and creating collateral. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, encouraging others to think bigger and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce best-in-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily trafficking, monitoring and coordinating of all projects/requests while prioritizing and manage deadlines.
  • Build events calendar, seeking out grassroots opportunities to put Edmond's Honor in front of the target audience and the Spirits industry in relevant markets.
  • Plan and execute online brand initiatives in accordance with the brand plans- Including development of plans and strategy with the team.
  • Oversee online and activation agencies, ensuring all KPIs are met within scope and key milestone date.
  • Keep track of POS inventory across sampling teams to ensure all sampling kits are stocked. Ensuring appropriate collateral and materials are available in all markets.
  • Leverage events to grow Edmond's Honor's database growing user analytics and forge meaningful connections.
  • Develop/ implement CRM content for newsletters, original content, and email subscriber list /community management, SEO/AEO, email and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, segment and target ideal customer profiles, articulate competitive advantage, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Manage running list of key tactical programming partners (Photogs, Videos, Models, Local Promoters, DJs Artist, Mixologists, and Chefs)
  • Lead generation through customer segmentation, targeted outreach & acquisition efforts, in-person & virtual events, partnerships, and content distribution.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to measure and track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting tracking and recapping of activations as planned.
  • Work with the social media agency to build and execute a CRM & content strategy that drives engagement, while working to grow our reach and followers organically and through community outreach.
  • Ensure creative materials are on brand and relevant to the communities we serve.
  • Deliver reporting bi-weekly. Requires ability to understand analytics and harvest insights.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience: at least 1 year in marketing.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the U.S. Spirits industry is preferred.
  • Education: BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Structured Thinking: Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with partners across all organizational levels.
  • Organizational and Project Management: Highly organized with strong project management skills, an affinity for operational processes and systems, and painstaking attention to detail.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members simultaneously.
  • Self-Starter: Navigate ambiguity with thoughtful problem-solving and anticipate issues, making quick decisions to break down barriers through personal initiative, influencing others, or rapidly escalating issues.
  • Optimism and Persistence: Maintain optimism in the face of barriers and failures, pressing forward with new solutions and ideas until the best one is found.
  • Influence and Collaboration: Effectively influence senior managers and cross-functional business partners; proactive, solutions-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move cases of product frequently, coupled with comfort in various tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for arranging and displaying point of sale.
  • Flexibility in availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends as required for events and promotions
