Job Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator for Premier Marine, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving the success of our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and ultimately generate revenue.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives to keep the brand ahead of the competition. Your ability to collaborate with various departments, including sales, engineering, operations, finance, and creative teams will be essential in executing marketing plans effectively.

You will be expected to demonstrate creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall business goals. Management Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Coordinator is not a supervisory role.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director on strategies and initiatives to grow the Premier brand while owning a wide range of marketing processes and projects.
  • Work with internal and external resources to facilitate the creation of marketing collateral, promote and execute marketing plans, and track/report the results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders driving timely completion of annual dealer tools including but not limited to, dealer program, owner's manual, warranty, point of sale, and catalog.
  • Using developed strategies you will help plan, promote, and successfully execute assigned components of marketing events, photo/video shoots, boat shows, and dealer meetings.
  • Provide a single point of contact for all related work on assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and execution.
  • Quickly learn Premier's product portfolio, unique differentiators, and reoccurring enhancements to ensure timely updates to website, boat builder, and product specifications.
  • Adhere to brand standards and voice across channels and dealer network while serving as asset management POC.
  • Coordinate established social media process and calendar, ensuring relevant content and growth.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent organization with project, digital, and event coordination skills.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills, ensuring stakeholders are aligned to project status, deliverables and timelines.
  • Proficient/familiar with working in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, Email marketing tools, survey software, and list management spreadsheets.
  • Experience in Adobe design programs a plus (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) as is a passion for the marine/powersports industry.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related marketing experience.
