Driven and innovative, FEG is committed to providing five-star service and experiences to its fans, guests, customers, and clients.JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Department, focusing on coordinating various marketing activities and initiatives to promote hotel offerings and enhance its visibility in the market. From administrative tasks to customer service, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to the overall success and growth of FEG Hospitality.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions for all 6 FEG hotels.
  • Manage logistics for media and influencer stays at multiple properties.
  • Update and print menus for hotel venues and events.
  • Update and print signage as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to VP, Sales + Marketing.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating files in CRM.
  • Assist with coordinating and executing onsite programming events for Sonoma County FEG hotels.
  • Support the FEG sales + marketing team at Sonoma County FEG hotels for site inspections as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Computer experience including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word & Excel) and Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat).
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a marketing/sales role and customer service.
  • Problem-solving and good communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; plus, one year of office clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
